A group of teenagers get into a car crash in the Texas woods on prom night, and then wander into an old farmhouse that is home to Leatherface (Robert Jacks) and his insane family of cannibalistic psychopaths.

The story is described as a poignant look at a young man's difficult entry into adulthood.

After being home-schooled, Sky can't wait to get back into the high school experience and make some friends. But, when her new gang seems to prefer shoplifting to hanging out, Sky wonders whether she's fallen in with the wrong crowd.
