In 1950's Los Angeles, a special crime squad of the LAPD investigates the murder of a young woman.

Toni, a journalism student, transfers to a new college, where several female students begin to disappear under suspicious circumstances. She decides to investigate, which makes her the mysterious killer's prime target.
