Hapless satirical songwriter Henry Phillips is lured to LA when a veteran TV producer decides to make a show about the life of a loser.

The film is a Drama/Comedy starring DOUG STANHOPE as an alcoholic standup comedian, who gets a second chance in life when he reconnects with the son he's never known.
